'I won't kill you, if you teach me sign language.' Taph read it, staring at it a bit longer before pointing to himself. It was a good offer, Taph avoiding rounds of pain that Jason was in, for the exchange of education.
'Me?' Is what he seemed to convey to Jason. The killer nodded in response.
Taph stayed silent for a beat longer before the wings around him seemed to unfurl. He pointed towards the notepad, making a writing gesture with his hands. Jason fished out the pencil in the pocket of his jacket, handing Taph the notepad and pencil.After a little bit of scribbling, Taph showed the words to Jason. 'Do you know the alphabet?'
A shake of Jason's head showed he in fact did not. Taph nodded, scribbling once again. 'We'll start with the alphabet.'
Or just Jason learning sign language from Taph.

Guest 1337 clenched his hand, not at all thinking about how c00lkidd was a child— 007n7's child, but his survival. He didn't want 007n7 to just throw away the empathy and care he had for his son— but he should at least try to run. "You may not be very well liked with the survivors, but... I say this whole-heartedly, 007n7— I care about you."
That at least elicited a reaction from the exploiter, 007n7 turned towards him, a look of surprise on his face. "What—?"
Guest 1337 could hear the sound of a gun jamming just outside their hiding spot, he had to get back out there. But before he did so, he just needed to get his point across to 007n7. He took 007n7's hands, squeezing them. "Take care of yourself 007n7, because no one else will."

007n7 laid there in despair as the final call went to voicemail. He stared at his phone, the screen unbearably bright, yet he kept staring. He looked at his pitifully small list of contacts, one number that he saved standing out. Why he even had this number saved was beyond him, he was still afraid to even call it, even now when he was desperate.
…To hell with it.
It rang, not even reaching three rings before someone answered with a click. “Hello, this is Builder Brothers Pizza. How may I help?”
007n7 didn‘t say anything.
“…Hello? Is anyone there?”
He sighed and smiled, smiling for once in a long time. “…Sorry. Wrong number.”
“Huh? Wait—” The phone clicked as he hung up. 007n7 let the cellphone slip from his hands, dropping to the floor as he sighed once again. He was tired, tired of everything.
This was enough. If anything, he was glad he could talk to him one last time, albeit barely.
007n7 is depressed and Elliot discovers him too late.

Then rather suddenly, Taph grabbed his hand, sitting up and leaning closer. The moment their gloved hands met, the demolitionist shivered again, wings ruffling. He leaned in close, resting his forehead against Jason’s. Being this close, he could just hear Taph almost panting. Is he sick?
Taph leaned back, “…You. I need you.” He signed, tugging on Jason‘s sleeve to join him in the nest. The killer was confused, not understanding what Taph meant at all.
“I’m here.” Jason replied, complying and settling into the nest with Taph.
Taph is somehow in heat and nesting. Jason stumbled upon a very hot and bothered Taph and they get freaky to relieve him.
