Summary
What begins as Ori only intending to share a bed roll with Fíli for warmth one night, eventually turns into the acquaintances becoming curious about each other after, then falling in love over the course of the quest despite others wishing they would just leave each other be.
Meanwhile, Thorin is doing his best to be a good example for his eldest sister-son and not act on the urge to let himself be wrapped around one specific Hobbit Omega's fingers. However, he fails spectacularly.
The rest, as some say, is history.

Summary
What begins as an arranged marriage to assuage a restless kingdom following new information coming to light about Thorin's gold sickness thirteen years after Erebor was reclaimed, turns into two soulmates who have orbited each other their whole lives finally being brought together, which allows for a proper beginning to their lifelong love story at last.
Alongside the inception of a union of equals that will reshape an entire kingdom and beyond, Fíli and Ori as much as those they love most will learn they have more to contend with than anyone previously knew.
Politics and plot far past Erebor will ensue.

Summary
Ori is late for her shift at the coffee shop she, her older sibling Nori, and eldest brother Dori own. The venue also doubles as a waypoint for the supernatural to congregate amongst each other freely, in their corner of Middle Earth.
After Dori and Nori leave her to finish the early shift, Ori meets a vampire, who will one day change her entire existence.

Summary
Ori confronts one assumption after another, annoyed at how even the most well-meaning individuals in his life keep heaping them upon him. Soon there's a dead boar at his feet, and his long harbored secret crush is kissing him in the trees.
What is his life now, really?
OR: The Quest of Erebor begins with two childhood friends now adults becoming romantically involved, then learning how to survive the quest alongside the beginnings of a new relationship. Meanwhile, their love story, as much as others' lives around them, continue on from different POVs. Just like their changed relationship status, everything is different from how the movie canon was, as well.
AKA - The Quest of Erebor retold to allow the line of Durin to live, alongside some romantic happiness for each of them, as well as the platonic happiness they find within their own bonds together.
