    “Should I be worried?” Peter asks, picking at the edges of his nails.
    Jason shakes his head. “No, no, no. That’s my job.”

    Luckily, the stubborn kid accepts that. He wanders to the living room, dropping his backpack on the couch and pulling out a science workbook. Within seconds he’s absorbed again, pencil tapping lightly as he scribbles something far beyond his grade level.
    Jason watches him, standing there, leaning in the hallway, breathing through the throb of adrenaline still grinding in his veins.

    He doesn’t know who touched the doorknob.
    He doesn’t know whether it was connected to the school lockdown.
    That’s two things too many that he doesn’t know.
    ‘Wonder Woman… I feel like I’m becoming Bruce.’

     

    OR
    A story about Dad Jason and Son Peter, both against the world and by one another's side.
    Don't take this one good thing away from either of them. I'm looking at you, Gotham!

    There's a kid roaming around Gotham who looks eerily similar to one of their own. He has his nose, his smile, and his annoying ability of acrobatically removing himself from awkward situations.

    So if the kid really is Dick's son, it only makes sense to bring him in, right? Peter's probably homeless, weirdly dusty, and yet strangely steadfast in his lie that his "guardian" is at home just asleep.

    "He's just super tired from the trip. Passed out as soon as we got here actually. But he's at home waiting for me."

    That has to be a lie. Right?

    Peter Parker ends up in Gotham following the events of No Way Home, After finding a way to assimilate into the city of crime he finds out that one of the vigilantes in the world is an alternate version of his own father, But he's far too busy trying to survive to focus on family ties and, no its not really a family tie right? i mean he's both from the future and from an alternate universe.. But a certain young bird doesnt see it that way.
    kinda based on Movie spider-man, kinda based on comic spider-man, im just going with the flow.

    Or Peter Parker in Gotham but Damian is a little shit (lovingly) and the two of them bond as brothers.

    Peter hauled himself up, groaning in pain. He mentally evaluated himself, testing his range of motion as he stood. he had crash-landed in an alley way, his arm was aching but not fractured, and his leg had a nasty gash that was bleeding through his suits fabric, noticeable even through the red patches.

    As he gained more of his bearings, the sounds of the city flooded in and he winced, holding his hands over his ears. There was a robbery taking place in an apartment complex nearby from the sound of all the people he could hear pleading for their lives. He rolled his shoulders back, straightening out and fully and starting forward towards where the alley met the streets.

    Helping people. He could start there.

    Peter wakes up in a strange place, some unfamiliar city that feels like it's lost all hope for the future, just like he has.

    After losing his family, his mentor, everything Peter couldn’t bear the thought of watching his friends and the girl he loved fall to the same fate. He chose isolation, erasing himself from their lives to protect them from the curse of knowing him. So waking up in this unknown place almost felt like a second chance. No attachments. No risks. No more pain for anyone else.

    But for reasons he can’t explain, Peter keeps finding people. People in need. People broken like the city itself. And no matter how hard he tries to keep his distance, he ends up helping them again and again.

    Maybe the world hasn’t given up on him just yet.
    Or maybe… he hasn’t given up on it.
