Summary
William was the kind of English teacher students either admired or feared. He carried himself with quiet authority, always impeccably dressed in dark slacks, crisp button-downs, and reading glasses that he would slide down the bridge of his nose whenever he lectured about literature with too much passion to hide. Est has a very simple checklist for survival:
- Keep his daughter, Abel, happy and fed.
