Summary
Sometimes.
Even when he tried really, really hard.
Robby was not a good boy.
He lost his temper. But that's just how people cared sometimes, right? Mama used to, like the time Robby tried to make cereal and the carton fell, milk glug glug glugging faster than he could figure out how to make it go back in. Food cost money. Little boys were clumsy and messy. He just made everything worse.
When he lost his temper, it wasn't over literal spilled milk.
It was because someone could have, or did, die. He didn't like to lose his temper.
But people dying was worse.
So he lost his temper at his residents. Same and different as milk. Important enough to yell. Grown up enough to understand.
Would hurt enough to remember to be better next time.
Because people dying was worse.
Victoria Javadi spending the last four hours of her shift crying and trying to hide it?
Wasn't as bad as people dying.
But it felt like it was.
Robby experiences a breakdown after a loss at work leads to a loss of control. Dennis helps him find his way through it.
With therapy.
And being swaddled, after he overhears Robby with Baby Jane Doe.

Summary
Robby is leaving for his sabbatical when he is sideswiped on his motorcycle, landing him in The Pitt ICU in a coma. Dennis, overcome with feelings he'd pushed aside for a year, barely leaves his side, talking to him, hoping he can hear him.
Something must get through the brain fog. Because while Robby wakes up with severe memory loss, there are three things he knows for sure:
• He and Jack are chief residents at The Pitt
• Dana will be a great charge nurse one day
• Dennis is his... boyfriend? Partner? The only three friends that Robby can remember, having already sworn to work together to keep Robby's depression at bay until he turns the corner in his recovery, make a stupid, stupid decision.
To go along with it.

Summary
One night, almost a year after they’d met, Dennis Whitaker smashed Robby's ticking clock to bits by hauling off and kissing him, rewiring every single neuron in his fully clueless brain.
Robby never saw Dennis coming.
Or: what happens when a confident, soft domming from the bottom Dennis gets Robby to shut off his brain and let Dennis be in charge of him for a change
Part One of a series that is really a flimsy excuse to have Robby shush it and learn to be a good boy for Dennis. Sexually.

Summary
Michael "Robby" Robinavich just finished his fourth of July shift and is headed on his sabbatical, which he describes as three months on his motorcycle on the open road, but is in reality his carefully planned suicide. It's been a long time coming.
Only problem is, in an uncharacteristically romantic gesture, he asked Dennis Whitaker to house-sit for him. Robby likes the idea of it, of Dennis having his place, being comfortable and taken care of, even after Robby's dead. It's not like he can tell Whitaker he's been in love with him for almost a year. There's no way he'd ever feel the same way, he's just a kid. It's better this way.
When they meet to exchange keys, a series of complications—and Whitaker being a motorcycle virgin—throw off Robby's plan to hit the road and get to dying as fast as possible. But it's just a short delay. What's the worst that could happen?
