Wei Wuxian taps a finger to his chin, musing. “I’m just um- hm. I’m not sure how to tell if they’re cutsleeves too. But…” He shakes his head, a smile wiping away any trace of discouragement. “I mean, what does that matter, right? Anyone with eyes would want you for a lover, so it’s really more of a matter of who you like!”
“What.”
“At least that’s what I think anyways! I’ve only ever liked girls but even I would make an exception for you.”
“/What./”
Before Lan Wangji can choke out a response, Wei Wuxian is grabbing his wrist. “Come on come on come on, let’s go find your true love!”

“Well, how about this,” said Yiling Laozu, “if you catch me as Impostor even once tonight, I’ll — hm, I’ll do a reveal.”
Lan Zhan remembers how wild the reaction had been to that — both in the lobby and on everyone’s chat stream. He remembers the way his heart had sped up, blood rushing to his ears as his gaze unfocused and narrowed on the computer screen.
Without thinking, he pressed unmute during the chaos of everyone, and said, loudly, clearly, “Mark your word.”
Yiling Laozu does a half-face reveal. Lan Zhan drives to a city hundreds of miles away. These two are sort of related.
