They can be 13 if you want, of 16, of 19, but Sasuke doesn't know Orochimaru, Sakura is still kinda weak, and Naruto is begging Jiraiya for more training. The Akatsuki make hella problems, and you are great at Genjutsu, but that's kinda it. Everything is basically like before Sasuke left the village, but you pick the ages. And Sasuke never gets a break. Like always.

The PSG club was always in the media for many things, controversy on the players and club, drama within the dressing room, the work ethic. What could you do with so many star players? Break them, humiliate the ones who think they have so much power. PSG was always in the headlines for having the biggest names, yet achieving nothing. Players partied, got injured easily, and acted like they were part of an oil-funded club that would splurge on talent without expecting results. It was unacceptable. So PSG adopted a new tactic to ensure the players would listen. And it worked. Rewards were reserved for those who deserved them, while punishment are for who failed to meet expectations. Soon, the media wasn’t talking about PSG’s inability to control their players—because that was no longer the issue. No the new headline of the media was for the player who would be watched by million or even billions of strangers fans in PSG’s after game video, on the official website of PSG, there was over 18+ page to see the debauchery of the teams own star players.
