Here is my recipe for gin and tonic cupcakes for Ammy’s SMAU! It’s based on https://annabanana.co/gin-and-tonic-cupcakes/ but with a notable difference, so I wanted to write it up in its own space.

Summary
A succubus. Of course. Abby could never just get a nice G-rated ghost. No, she gets ectoplasm and undead neckbeards and unstoppable sex fiends. Wendy never had to deal with Casper getting all horny.
“That’s because Casper was, like, ten years old,” Patty reminds her.
Oh yeah. That was a weird story to tell kids, wasn’t it?

Summary
And then Santos says — because of course she does, of course they would, of course it’s her fault — “And Langdon would be awful in bed, of course.” Mel blinks.
She somehow hadn’t expected them to get to Langdon, although she acknowledges it’s quite ridiculous of her to not have seen it coming considering the list of male coworkers they were rapidly striking. It’s just — well, Langdon isn’t exactly just a coworker to her, but also a friend. Someone she sends medical memes to and facetimes and watches bad movies on her couch to decompress, someone who pays for her coffee when she’s not looking and talks her down from the egde of a spiral and has met Becca. He’s — He’s Frank to her, and it’s weird to— talk about him that way. Extremely inappropriate, beyond what HR demands.
Still, Mel thinks she should defend his honor, and notes, “I think you might be letting your biases influence your judgment.”
or mel can't stop thinking about how frank's like in bed, and decides she should really just ask him

Summary
“—and I know that there’s Becca and Tanner and Millie to consider, but I was wondering if you maybe wanted to move in? Together? With me?”
Mel blinks. He certainly doesn’t look like he’s having a stroke.
“Frank, why would we move in together?”
“I thought it might be nice,” he shrugs here, acting nonchalant even though Mel can see the tension in his jaw. “To take that next step in our relationship.”
“Frank, what are you talking about? We’re not in a relationship?”
At this, Frank’s frown deepens before widening into a frustrated half smile. “Uh, yes we are? We’ve been dating for nine months?”
What.
Or, Frank thinks Mel doesn’t do physical touch.

Summary
“Mel.” Frank sounds tense and serious. She doesn’t like when he’s tense and serious, especially not when she thinks that it might be because of her - why else would he not reply to her picture? “What are we doing?”
“We’re - we’re trading pictures, Frank, like we said we would -”
“Yeah, I know, but… are you seriously gonna tell me that you’re not sending ones where you look hot on purpose?”
The air leaves her lungs in a large, violent breath. She feels like she’s been caught with her hand in the cookie jar. Or like she’s been caught leaving secret, encoded messages on a post-it note inside the lid of the cookie jar without telling anyone the post-it note or even the cookie jar itself is there. She wanted to take cute pictures to send to him this week in the hopes that he would like them, but she didn’t know that he noticed how hard she was working for it, didn’t realize that he realized - oh, God, is her new push-up bra that obvious?
“I’m not - I didn’t - um -”
“Are you alone right now?”
“Yeah, I’m alone.”
Frank sighs on the other end of the line, and she waits patiently for it all to come crashing down.
“What are you wearing?”

Summary
“I just confessed to not being able to score,” said Ray. “That’s supposed to be embarrassing.”
“Personal relationships are not a game.”
Ray blew out a rueful–sounding breath. “You never heard of first base, second base, playing for both teams?”
“I’m broadly familiar with the metaphor,” Ben allowed.
