Summary
The Guy grunted. He screwed up his face against Sydney’s summer sun streaming in through the window, pressed his palms to his eyes, and then shook out his hair. His eyes blinked open, slow mo, lashes batting.
“Oh hey, so you’re Zuko?” He yawned, then grinned. He had a fucking accent. Zuko was gonna bite something apart. “I’m Sokka. I’ll be the top to your lion bottom.”
Sifu Piandao has called in an old student of his to help pull this year’s lion dance together, after Zuko’s usual partner Aang took off to “find himself” in Nepal. Zuko’s worked with Piandao for years, he’s a professional. No matter how annoying the new guy is, he’s going to keep it together for the sake of the festivities, and not at all get distracted by his partner’s… assets.

"Fine," he concedes. "Whatever, she-demon. Let's just -- fix up, and then we'll figure it out."
"We can't stay in here," she reminds him. "You're a homing beacon and they hate me personally. I won't be bringing a horde of demons to a hospital."
"All good?" inquires Will, slipping in the room. "I got the files, moved as fast as I --" his leg brushes Nico's knee as he hustles past, and he pauses. He turns to face them both, eyes narrowed, hands on his hips. Nico freezes and has the sudden and long-buried feeling that he's in a principal's office. "Were you two roughhousing?"
Reyna's jaw drops.
"You are critically injured. In a hospital." Will shakes his head, face creased. "And you were roughhousing." He scoffs. "I have six year old patients who are less inclined to that nonsense, y'all, c'mon. Do I need to treat you separately?"
"No!" they blurt at the same time, meeting each other's eyes to mouth: how did he know??

“Unicorn hunting is a term from your time but it evolved over the centuries,” the Doctor said. “In your time it means a couple look for a single woman to form a throuple with. The woman— the unicorn— is made to commit to the relationship without all of the benefits. She’s just a novelty for the couple to play with. But the practice grew even more toxic. In the 51st century, unicorn hunters usually find their prey in situations impossible to get out of and they exploit them. The unicorn has no choice but to turn into their perfect sex slave to keep them happy and stay alive. Unicorn hunters are the most sadistic, vile beings in the universe.”
“Doctor,” she said, her voice quiet. She didn’t want to say the thought that just popped into her head. She wished this day had never happened.
“What is it, Rose?”
She swallowed. “Did we… hunt Jack?”
