It's Light filling and softening the jagged edges that once were Prince Uldren Sov to give life to Crow. A New Light with a beautiful heart.

An odd flush of colour begins to bloom on his cheeks, spreading down to his neck and throat. Jayce watches him swallow. “But there is the issue of my status.”
At that, Jayce frowns. “Your status?”
Viktor’s jaw tightens. “Everything I and the, the child, needs will be covered if…” He curses something low and sharp under his breath. He wets his lips. Eventually, those familiar amber eyes lock with Jayce’s. “If I had, eh, support from the child’s sire.”

In 9:52, he joins the Veilguard, only to come face to face with the woman he'd desperately hoped he would somehow see again.
