Summary
Canonverse but Omegaverse: Though everyone can choose whomever they want as mate, your one true mate, the mate with which you 'sync', is your one best match in the entire galaxy. Poe recognizes Finn as his sync-mate immediately, but Finn is reluctant - extremely.
Chapter 3 and various chapters thereon are explicit.
This fic is now in epilogue-mode. Everything after Chapter 13 is epilogue. I will come back to it as it pleases me, which, right now, is often. :D

Summary
“FN-2187 was real, right?” She sounds very young again. “Please tell me he was real."
"I'm real,” said Finn, who was on his first patrol since his back healed. “And my name’s Finn now.”
Her eyes widened. “You have a name?
*Or: The resistance is starting to get stormtrooper defectors. Finn helps them out.

Summary
As newly appointed Co-Generals of the Resistance, Poe and Finn go on a diplomatic mission to Passio Verak, a planet that was until recently under First Order rule. However what appears at first to be a purely ceremonial visit soon takes a more sinister turn. In the midst of fighting for their lives, Poe struggles with leadership, the lasting effects of the war and the messy reality of his feelings for Finn.
(C-3PO hesitates and then, in a passable robotic simulation of a whisper, he says, “Not to question your judgement sirs, but perhaps it would be best not to give the impression that your marriage is in trouble? Palace gossip can be frightfully insidious.”
“Our what now?” Poe says dumbly, blinking. Behind him he hears Finn make a strangled sort of noise.
“Your marriage.” C-3PO says and then tuts. “Oh dear, you really didn’t read the manual on Verakian customs I provided, did you?”)

Summary
Other people, apparently, have been talking to Finn about him. He ought to be flattered, because it seems that he comes recommended by his co-workers. You should fuck Poe Dameron, they say. Everyone’s slept with him - he’s great in bed, he’ll make you breakfast, and he won’t make it weird afterwards!
Which is absolutely a service he can offer Finn. He can. He’s an adult and he’s going to have to, because if he wasn’t offering that, he should have said so up front and not let Finn come back to his room on false pretences.
