Summary
***This work is currently on hiatus because I was hit with a strike of inspiration and am now working on a Gale/Tav ‘Phantom of the Opera’ and ‘Frankenstein’ inspired fic. I started The Pursuit to start practicing my writing again but without a clear focus, and now have put it to the side in order to work on something I have a clearer vision for and is already outlined. So please be on the lookout for that!
This will be a semi slow burn—with plenty of tension along the way ;)—reimagining of the story that will mostly follow canon for the main story beats. The situations and interactions between characters will probably differ quite a bit though! I am writing as I post so we’ll find out together. Due to this I will add trigger warnings and tags per chapter where they are relevant.
