The girls slowly turn, spotting Bobby (a fair distance away and out of earshot, to be fair) grinning at them. When they make eye contact he begins joyfully waving like he had consumed a whole mug of coffee exactly 10 seconds ago.
They wave back. "Hi Bobby."
Oh boy.

From an early age, Yusuke kept a mental note of every event they either weren’t invited to or, in the rare case they were, events Madarame forbade them from attending. Birthday parties, end-of-year parties, graduation parties; all of which were typically proceeded by the coveted slumber party, wherein guests would spend the night at the host’s house.
Yusuke never understood the appeal of slumber parties. Sharing a room with other students was more intrusive than fun, and from what they’d heard, people rarely slept during them anyway. They weren’t special, so Yusuke had no reason to feel left out.
