    Summary

Shane Hollander has a pest problem. So who does he call? The pest control guy!

    In walks Ilya Rozanov.

    --
This was definitely up there in Shane’s worst nightmares. Somehow hours later after the call, he found himself stuck in the tiny crawlspace of his attic, barely large enough for one man to fit through let alone two large muscular men - one being Shane, NHL’s #1 hockey player and best centre, and two being a complete hunk of a stranger with a sexy Russian accent who had introduced himself as Ilya and looked like he had walked straight off a Calvin Klein commercial in sleeveless denim overalls and a tight white tank top.

    Summary

“I decide,” Ilya repeats. “You do not have to worry about it. You do not have to think about what is enough and what is too much. You just have to eat what I tell you.”

“That’s crazy,” Shane says automatically. But his pupils are blown wide, his lips slightly parted.

Ilya gets abruptly to his feet. He takes Shane’s plate, heaps a large slice of lasagne on it, and moves around the table until he’s standing right next to Shane. He puts the plate down. Shane looks from him to the food and back again; Ilya almost imagines he can see the flutter of Shane’s pulse at his throat.

    “Eat,” Ilya says.

Post-retirement, Shane finally lets Ilya take care of him. So what if he gets a little fat as a result? His husband certainly doesn’t seem to mind.

    Summary

“Goodnight, lyubimyy. Sleep tight, I won’t let the little bugs bite.” Ilya pinches Shane’s waist as if his fingers were the ‘little bugs,’ but soothes over the teasing nips with soft touches moments later.

Shane smiles sleepily at the alpha’s words. He drifts off to sleep knowing Ilya will stay true to his promise. He’ll stay with him while he rests and he’ll take care of him when the next wave of heat inevitably strikes.

He’s very good at that. The whole ‘taking care of Shane’ thing.

[Or: Ilya helps Shane through his heat like planned. Not like planned, they end up confessing their feelings.]

    Summary

"“That was rude.” His murmur was uneasy, and he shifted when the alpha rolled his intense hazel eyes.

“I’ll ask you again, omega.” The man flicked his cigarette butt on the ground and stomped on it, glaring at him once more like someone who was used to having his questions answered immediately. “Why are you upset?”"

Or where Shane is a player forced to retire due to injury, and Ilya is a mobster obsessed with hockey.

They try to baby trap each other because they conclude that Shane needs to get pregnant so they'll be stuck together.

They are slow to realize that their obsession with each other stems from being fated mates.
