Summary
When Anthony Bridgerton shows up at Penelope Featherington's off-campus apartment to drop of paperwork for her mother, he's shocked to discover she's not at all the prim little wallflower he thought she was. She's listening to The Ramones, dancing around her apartment in a Dead Milkmen t-shirt, and smoking a joint. None of these things fit the Penelope he thought he knew. Now suddenly he can't stop until he sees the true Penelope, underneath all the expectations and the pretending. And when she asks him for a kiss...What's a man to do?
