"A do-over. Let's start over." Pavel strokes his thumb over the knuckle of Artyom's own thumb, where he's still holding his hand on the cell bar. "I'll treat you right from the start this time."
Artyom blinks at him. "You mean...," he pauses, the word sticky on his tongue, "dating...?"
Pavel stares at him before he grins, the look in his eyes bright, his voice giddy when he speaks. "Eh? Dating? You really do like me, Tyoma. You want us to?"
Artyom and Pavel meet again after Red Square.

Summary
