Was a night enough to forget seventy-seven years of love? Would a year be enough? A decade?
Louis wanted for Armand to face the consequences of his actions, wanted for him to hurt, for him to drown in his resentment... but, more than anything else, Louis wanted to find him, to bring him back home, to replace the sorrow with their love.
And Louis does find him, after all. The problem is: Armand doesn't remember about their relationship at all, and oh! he also really wants to hurt Louis.
Or, rather, it's the man maneuvering Armand who wants him to hurt.// the tag Armand/Marius is only to inform the reader of the disturbing presence of this dynamic. It is a relationship based on trauma, manipulation and memory alteration and won't absolutely be endgame or portrayed as healthy.
