Summary
Will has enough problems dealing with his bad dreams and the fallout of old cases. He does not need new nightmares, he does not need yet another alpha thinking they can run his life. This new alpha though, he’s different. Perhaps they could become friendly, maybe one day even become friends.
This is canon divergence from the pilot, how things might have gone differently if Will was an angry omega and Hannibal an intrigued alpha.

Summary
When Jared Freeman walked into Will Graham's high school and murdered their teacher, Will thought that his life was officially over. Haunted by dreams, remnants of the madness hooking into his skin, he finds himself turning to a student at George Washington University that claims to have insight into just what is going on inside of his mind.
Hannibal Lecter, up to his elbows in his final year of grad school, doesn't think he can cure Will Graham of his hyper-empathy, but he certainly can use him to finalize his thesis on the disorder. As long as Will Graham doesn't know the difference, everything should work out in the end.

Bookmarker's Notes
He sat down on a large rock and watched, going completely still when a small doe came into view and walked into it, dipping her head to drink. He had a horrible, sinking feeling that he’d watch her only long enough for a hunter to show up and pull the trigger, and he wondered if that’s what his expectations of life were going to be from now on –holding his breath until someone came along to destroy something that he found beautiful. He coughed at the pressure building in his chest, and the doe gave a start, bounding away. She was safe for another day.
Really good! The only thing that make some sad is the sequel appears to be unfinished.

Summary
A shadow pulled itself free of the darkness of the depths at the back of the hall, a figure ensconced in all black, his hair shining brightly in the low light still left within the house. Will’s eyes widened as his mind struggled to make sense of what he was seeing. The face staring back at him was set in an immobile mask, devoid of all emotion except cold calculation. The glass fell from Will’s hand shattering into a thousand musical pieces as it hit the hardwood floor, the sound staccato in its finality. The last thing he saw before he followed it to the ground was the shining black shoes moving quickly towards him as if intent on preventing his fall. Will welcomed the void with open arms, desperate to escape the madness his mind had created. No. He can't be here. Your mind has broken and your heart betrayed you. He is gone. You have to let him go.
Will has returned home from the hospital, knowing his time spent healing from Hannibal's wound has changed him irrevocably. What will he do when he comes face to face with the man that gave him his stitches?
