A villain attack leaves Katsuki under the effects of a vampire-like quirk that will slowly drive him mad if he is unable to consume enough blood to satiate his hunger. While that might seem like a dire situation to some, Class 1-A are more than up to the challenge to take care of their classmate, whether he wants them to or not. What's a little blood drinking between friends, right?
Only, things don't seem so straightforward when it comes to Izuku. For some reason, when Katsuki bites him, his reaction is a bit more...intense compared to everyone else. And Katsuki finds that Izuku isn't the only one who enjoys it when it's his turn to be bitten...

Kacchan is wearing a black tank top that shows off his scars, old and new, the starburst on his shoulder and the stretch of scars down his arm. Izuku wonders if they feel the same as his do, rough under his fingers. In his dreams he's brave enough to reach out.
