Summary
When one man takes up so much space, there is no room for the others to breathe. These people are his friends and his lover, all waiting for him to understand his own world before he is able to navigate theirs. When so much trust is put in the process, it's important that it works, for the benefit of them all, but it doesn't work like this. It doesn't work this way for Ryan Ross. Brendon would wait a lifetime, he would die for that boys sins, but Ryan will never be able to give Brendon the time back. There is yearning, and then there is begging. Brendon will do both. He will hope someday, somehow, that Ryan will see him as worth it.
