Suhyeok’s never been an affectionate person, nor a touchy one at that. He didn’t grow up in an environment which allowed him to be comfortable with the idea of physical affection — it simply wasn’t something that was actively encouraged.
Until he meets Cheongsan, and everything takes a one-eighty turn for the better.

Sometimes, the girls see him and light up - Juntae says it's because he's gorgeous. Sieun thinks it's because his mother insists on using a godawful picture from high school to market him, where he looks like a dead fish, all dark circles and chapped lips. And then they look a little closer, and it can go either way, honestly. Baku says it's because of the twink vibes emenating off of him like toxic waste.
He doesn't know why his mother tries, really. It's been more than clear, ever since that one night in the final year of high school, when she was supposed to be at a meeting.
