The two men stayed like this for awhile longer, in their own little world. Taehyung continued to hum and run his fingers through the dark hair while Jungkook drifted in and out of consciousness. Both were completely at ease. Jungkook felt safe in the hold of the elder, like even the cruelest parts of the world couldn't reach him there.
Taehyung felt similar, he had an overwhelming feeling of protectiveness for the younger one. It was unlike anything he felt for anyone before, he didn't know why this doe-eyed beauty had captivated him so much, but said beauty had made a home in his heart and Taehyung wanted to keep him there.
Or Jungkook is a solo idol with anxiety and Taehyung is his new bodyguard.
