Summary
Something is coming. The lights are flickering and their buzzing only becomes more incessant as Jake stands stagnant, unable to do anything. He hears it coming, the buzzing is getting louder and louder and Jake tries to cover his ears but he can’t because he’s still choking on the grimey water that’s somehow made its way into his mouth.
It’s coming closer, and the buzzing gets louder, the lights flicker and the room goes dark.

“You don’t look like the type who buys someone for a night.”
“I’m not,” Heeseung said quickly. The words slipped out too honest. He looked at Jaeyun and felt something twist so hard in his chest it almost hurt. “Do you—do you want to leave?”
The question felt ridiculous the second it left his lips. Jaeyun’s eyes widened, the mask slipping just enough for surprise to crack through. He flicked a glance at the table — at the stack of bills waiting, the men egging him on like he was a prize they’d bought for a friend — then back at Heeseung, his mouth parting like he might actually say no.
“You–You’d have to pay more,” Jaeyun said finally, the words dropping out flat and resigned, but the way his eyes softened made it sound like he hated saying it.
Heeseung didn’t think twice.
Heeseung finds an angel in a strip club and takes him home.
