Hide was thrilled to finally meet up with Kaneki after so many months apart. Although they had been close friends throughout high school, the busy schedules they had both maintained in college had prevented them from seeing each other for some time now. But today, they had finally managed to set a date for a study session, where they could be in each other’s presence for just a bit before the stress and pressure of tests arrived again. What Hide didn’t know, however, was that Kaneki had a new book.
Except, this wasn't any other book. And it was the only one Kaneki didn't want to share.
