Summary
It starts off innocently enough, really.
Just Eddie digging his fingers in where they don't fucking belong, thinking he can rile Billy up if he's coy enough.
(He can, but that's irrelevant.)
And in the same tone of voice that Eddie always tells him, “It's okay to want things, baby,” he says, “It is fucked up, but that's why it's fun.”

“Look at him,” Eddie gestured again, sitting forward now. The small frown on his face deepened when Billy reached out and squeezed at Tommy’s upper arm, shifting closer to him. “He’s doing it on purpose as well.”
Steve could see the way Billy kept glancing at them as he talked, his flirtatious movements growing bolder the longer it went on. “Okay, so if he’s doing it to get a rise out of us, then shouldn’t we just ignore it?”
Eddie blinked, like that hadn’t occurred to him. “But...”
“He’s a brat, we know this, so we shouldn’t play into it.”
“But... he’s breaking the rules. We agreed that he would only Sub for us now.”
Steve couldn’t help but chuckle. “Look, if you want to punish him then go for it, I'm just saying that you’re just going to be doing what he wants.”

Summary
Devon has been leaving an unemployed Conrad at home when he goes to work for the past couple weeks. Hawkins has been staying home for a while, he'll be fine, and Devon will see him at lunch time.
Today, though, Conrad asked Devon to stay home with him, and something about the request, the way he asked, almost begging, is eating a pit in Devon's stomach.- - - - - - - - - -
This is the suicide arc they should have had in canon. Conrad can't handle having been fired and feels as though there's nothing else in his life. Devon shows him there are still reasons to keep going.
