Jack had just stepped back onto the main floor when he clocked movement at the ambulance entrance, two guys hurrying in, the smaller one helping a guy with a sweatshirt covered in blood. But something was wrong, some unnamable instinct rising within Jack at the way they moved. It was too fluid, too controlled. Jack knew what the walking wounded looked like, had seen it for years, from war zones to bar fights. This wasn't the injured seeking help; this was men hunting.
Time slowed, Jack's heart rate spiking, the adrenaline dump casting everything in sharp relief—the full ED floor, patients plus shift change meaning twice the usual personnel were here.
Robby was here.
That thought got him moving, Jack approaching laterally. He got there right as the guns came out.

Summary
When another time jump goes wrong, Five and Diego find themselves alone in a post-WWI countryside. Taking shelter in an abandoned farmhouse, they have to do their best to survive the dropping temperatures. All the while, Diego is having thoughts he shouldn't have--thoughts he has always had. Being so close to Five for so long with no buffer leaves him frayed at the edges. As his resolve begins to wear away, he keeps a white-knuckle grip on himself, but then one night, it all falls apart and leaves him wondering if he's just made the biggest mistake of his life. Or maybe, just maybe, it's the best decision he's ever made.

Five teleports everywhere, shoving his family out of harm's way. Bullets fly left and right, fired from the leftover Commission agents.
Five was so close. So close.
"Diego!'
To Five's horror, Diego goes down as Five takes down the last gunmen a split second too late.
Five immediately teleports beside Diego, crashing to his knees in his haste. His hands shake as he tentatively rolls his brother over.
"Shit, Diego -!"
When Diego opens his eyes. Relief surges through Five. Diego's alive. The amateurs must've missed -
Diego abruptly kisses Five.
"What the fuck?!" Various siblings exclaim, scattered around them in bewilderment.
Meanwhile, Diego just props himself up, confused. Looking as though he didn't know what the hell he did wrong.
Or
After Diego gets shot, he has a case of backwards amnesia, claiming that Five and Diego are actually together.
