  Summary

  McKay was anything but dense, she knew that Javadi admired her. It's flattering and stayed within respectful boundaries. It was platonic even, the young med student might give awestruck glances here and there but never past that. Cassie shrugged and reminded herself that it's a normal mutual bond. Nothing more. She gloved up and began examine the unconscious man in front of her, letting go of personal thoughts and turning back on her professional ones.
