Egg’s older brother stands in front of him, the kitchen counter between them. Dunk’s eyes are fixed on the three inches of exposed skin beneath the hem of his shirt. His jeans are slung so low on his hips that Dunk can see the v at the base of his torso, and there’s a flash of a black tattoo disappearing into his waistband.
He’s 18, Dunk thinks, his throat tight, and you work for his family.
