"Viktor-- I fucking bet you it's going to work!" Jayce exclaimed, forcefully planting both hands in the desk, supporting his upper body, electricity igniting every syllable.
"Are you quite serious? I will not bet over something of this nature. This is not a game, Talis." Viktor retorted, indignation and fire flashing in his eyes.

Summary
There's a mole peeking out from underneath, and Jayce nuzzles in even closer to kiss it, and when the cloth shifts, he can see several more moles clustered nearby, in a shape a little smaller than Jayce's palm.
They're in the shape of the constellation Cassiopeia.
Jayce stops, staring at it.
A negative image of the sky, dark stars shining against the pale skin of Viktor's inner left thigh.
Viktor tries another shove and Jayce barely even notices it. He can't look away.
Viktor's hand loosens in Jayce's hair. "Ah, Jayce? Are you okay?"
"Uh. Uh, yeah," Jayce manages. "It's just, you just, uh. You have this little cluster of moles right here?" He brushes his thumb over them. "In the shape of Cassiopeia. The constellation."
"Yes?" Viktor props himself up on his elbows to look at Jayce more easily. "I have quite a few, I'm sure you have noticed. They are not harmful. Is it-- Do they bother you?"
"What? No! No, no, I just, um. I've seen them before."

"Right, no, I- yes, sorry." He takes another breath. "Sorry, I've never done this before."
Jayce begins pacing from his kitchen counter to his couch, the open floor of his one-room apartment perfect for the nervous habit. He's gotten one or two noise complaints for heavy stepping early into the morning when sleep refused to come, and the math in his brain was rolling around too fast to catch and pin down on paper. He hopes there won't be any complaints tonight. He's already a mess as it is.
"You have never made a phone call before?" The voice asks, bemused.
