Summary
It started off bleak, with Ren having no memories, save from occasional flashes that slipped through his grasp.
He wandered through the world, adrift without purpose or destination, his broken yet undying body carrying him forward.
However, everything changed when he crossed paths with someone. A figure whose presence resonated with something inside him. For the first time since he had opened his eyes, Ren found himself yearning for more.

Summary
"Say, Commander, can I ask something extremely rude?" Feofan felt like a life threatening conversation was optimal when a Harbinger was handling his wounds. Such a thrill was irresistible, even if his pact with Zandik required him to stay alive.
The Second Harbinger pulled his head back up, staring at him. The question made him suspicious, Pantalone tried to guess.
"Your face tells me you've been dying to ask."
"Are you such a good judge of character, Commander?"
"I know that you're an alpha and that is enough." The Doctor scoffed, annoyance flaring on his face.
To be fair, Feofan warned him.

Summary
“I really don't have time for this,” Pantalone sighed, sounding every bit as tired as he felt, addressing the complaint to his own erection as though it were a particularly ill-behaved child.
Casting one last reproachful glare at the offending arousal, as though sheer disapproval might somehow make it disappear, Pantalone grumbled under his breath and made his way to bed.
It'll be fine, Pantalone assured himself as he climbed beneath the covers. He settled carefully behind Dottore's sleeping form. He was certain that the moment his head touched the pillow, he'd be asleep like a corpse anyway—
“…Why are you hard?”
—or perhaps not.

Summary
“I don't remember you being this insolent at this age, Zandik,”
Pantalone remarked, directing the question toward Zandik even as his gaze remained locked on the segment. The taunt was unmistakably aimed elsewhere. “Are you certain this one isn't a faulty one?”
Prime-Dottore pressed forward, making Zandik fall against Pantalone's chest with a yelp.
“Funny, because in my encoded memories of our first meeting, the one with the faulty attitude was you.” Prime practically spat out the words. “You were the impudent one, Regrator.”
Pantalone was about to fire back at the segment when a loud click of the tongue came from the man sandwiched between them.
“Feofan. Thirty-Five. Focus.”

Pantalone and Segment-35 started off on the wrong foot, and Zandik was suffering in between them.

Summary
Just like Icarus, Dottore set his goal for the sun, and yet here Pantalone was, hopelessly enamoured with the moonlight left in its wake.
“And you must understand this, Feofan…”
His thumb traced slowly along Pantalone’s cheekbone, brushing away the tear that had escaped moments prior, the touch warm and achingly careful. It felt almost contradictory, this tenderness coming from the very same hands that had torn apart flesh, carved through divinity, reached fearlessly into horrors that would drive lesser men mad.
“Know that when I die, I will die satisfied."
Outside, somewhere beyond the frost-laced windows of the palace, the world continued to turn indifferently. The promise of war, of divine retribution, continued to loom over them. And Dottore—brilliant, monstrous, gentle Dottore—had always been born with his eyes fixed forward and upward.
“I will die on my own terms.”

Pantalone was a very desperate man.

Summary
“Dottore, the door,” Pantalone spoke against the strip of skin exposed above Dottore's collar, punctuating the words with a lingering kiss.
“…The door?”
“I don't think I locked it.”
Dottore let out a scoff. He pushed himself up onto his elbows and reached blindly behind him until his gloved hand caught Pantalone's longer hair, which he habitually wore draped over one shoulder. Pantalone let out a startled gasp when Dottore yanked him down by it. The banker's forehead collided rather painfully with Dottore's shoulder.
“You've got me bent over your desk, humped me like a horny dog, and now you're asking me to lock your door?” One eyebrow arched.
“I see you've developed quite the audacity since becoming Regrator.”

They said good performance called for a good reward, and Pantalone for sure intended to reap those benefits.
