Really.
The first time was genuinely an accident. Izuku had never meant to kill one of his friends.
But no one had believed him when he said it was his fault. How could it be? He was quirkless. Izuku was barely seven years old. No one believed that when he said Hibiki Nara’s name, calling him from across the playground, the boy dropped dead instantly.

The students, however, are completely unprepared for the chaos about to unfold. More than that, though, they are unprepared for the terrifying team up that is the Yaoyorozu-Midoriya Alliance.
