For Day 3 of Dottolone Week 2024 part 2, prompt "patience." In which Dottore's persistence lands him with a scientific marvel: a drug that retains lucidity while physically and psychologically binding the consumer. Pantalone is more than happy to test the limits of said drug.

“Do you truly think you deserve to need anything from me, hm?” Pantalone scoffs. He rolls the pads of his gloves over the entire expanse of Dottore’s tongue. “Repeat after me: no, you do not.”
“No, I do not,” Dottore says, but his voice is faint as if filtered from beyond a thin wall. His eyes remain squarely on Pantalone’s cunt, still twitching from the slightest bit of stimulation.
“Now, do you want to eat me?”
Nowadays, it takes very little effort for Pantalone to prompt Dottore to beg for him. A "request" from Twitter.

A rosy fixture atop porcelain skin marred into creases–both from age and fire–ajar to send a protest Pantalone’s way. It would be almost reminiscent of Shang Qinghua’s usual personality, except that Shen Qingqiu was a master in hiding his real emotions, and so Yue Qingyuan, who still remembered the kid Xiao Jiu used to be, was the only one who noticed. He didn’t know what was wrong with his Shidi, but he was willing to find out and help out in anything he could.
And, if learning the truth broke him and put him back together… Well, his body had already been reshaped while trying to save Shen Qingqiu. Might as well do the same with his heart.
