“I can’t believe he’s here,” Jungwon said, voice tight.
“Who?” Sunoo slurred, wobbling on his feet as he tried to focus.
“Park Sunghoon, your ex,” Jungwon answered, low and tense.
A wave of nausea hit Sunoo hard, twisting his stomach. He wasn't sure if it stemmed from the drinks or the sudden mention of that name: his irritating alpha ex. “Who the fuck cares?” Sunoo muttered, the words tumbling out in a messy slur.

"You were right though, about waking up on the wrong side of bed," he says, eyes watching Sunghoon's face for the reaction he's looking for.
"Really? Why so?" Sunghoon actually sounds intrigued, eyebrows raised in question, lifting his eyes away from his palette to look at Sunoo.
"I didn't wake up on your bed," Sunoo says and only has to see the tips of Sunghoon's ears burning bright red to look back down at his palette and begin mixing a sage color on his palette.
