Summary
In the last twelve or so weeks of knowing him, Jason had come to realise a few things about Prime.
One: Superboy Prime was a talker.
“—I don’t get why they haven’t just gotten them married yet.” He waves his hand to the side, eyes squinted. A fleck of tomato sauce hits Jason’s cheek. His eyebrow twitches. “And who gives a crap about Paul? No one does, Jason. No one.”
Two: Superboy Prime acted eerily familiar with him— he had been since their first meet.
“I’m kinda behind, though, being here and all. So maybe they got rid of the guy by now. What’d you think, Jason?”
Jason rolled his head, deliberately reaching towards Prime’s Zesti Cola. Their hands brush. Prime flinches. It’s more of a twitch, really. Minute. Anyone less trained than Jason would’ve missed it.
Jason glanced up at him through his eyelashes. No one, however, could miss how red his pointed ears got.
And last, but not least: Superboy Prime was severely touch starved.

Summary
“I’m not getting rid of you, am I,” Jason says. It's not quite a question.
“You can try.” A strange look flashes across Prime’s face, a glimpse of something real, and Jason realizes just how fake everything else must have been for that tiny flicker to appear so jarring. “Historically, really hasn't worked out well for anyone involved.”
Or; Jason isn’t in the habit of picking up strays, but the inexplicably clingy Super following him around might just change that.

Jason didn’t even remember getting dressed. One moment, he was grabbing his backpack; the next, he was sprinting halfway across campus, sliding into the back row of his 8 AM lecture, barely even winded.
Then his classmate gave him a look. Then two classmates did. Then three.
Then someone muttered, “Dude, if you’re gonna cosplay Red Hood, at least carry the helmet. Coward.”
Jason blinked.
He looked down.
There was a red bat across his chest.
Oh no.
In which Jason goes viral after accidentally showing up to class in his Red Hood gear. Dick tries to make it better. Tim might have made it worse. The rest of his siblings are just enjoying the memes.

A ridiculous chortle burst out of Jason before he could stop it.
“I’m not kidding,” Prime said, smiling now. “I’m pretty sure half the English department thinks you’re hot.”
Jason felt the corner of his mouth tug up. He couldn’t help it. “Just half?”
“At least half,” Prime conceded. He was grinning that wide, unguarded grin—his default setting, the same way Jason’s was always stuck on ‘kind of an asshole.’ “Women of a certain age dig the tortured poet vibe.”
In which Jason feels a little homesick. So does Superboy-Prime. Neither of them knows how to deal with it, but they do their best.
