Summary
“Relax, I’m not looking for you to bring me home to Doctor Mommy,” Santos says. “I meant what I said earlier, I want us to be friends.”
“Oh, me too, definitely,” Victoria says.
“And friends don’t let friends clock out when they look like they’re about to pop like a champagne bottle.” Santos reaches for Victoria’s wrist. “Come on.”
After their second shift, Santos helps Javadi blow off some steam.

Summary
”I’m serious,” She says, ”I want to know. I-“ She takes a breath, “I just. I’m doing, um, research.” She lies.
Well, is it a lie? This is in-person research, technically.
“Research,” Trinity says, straightforward. “Are you planning on rubbing one out to me? That’s dirty, Crash.” Victoria blushes. That is not the case, and Trinity knows it.
“Shut up,” Victoria says, not really a good defense, but it’s all she's got. Her face is warm.

Summary
Trinity Santos isn't good at relationships. With women, with God, with her family... and she's content as she is, really. Touch-starved and repulsed all at once, avoiding anything that might bring her pleasure, quietly resenting everything she loves. When an encounter with a religious patient has her rethinking what religion can be, she begins to wonder if there's something more for her than the life of numbness and isolation she's built.

Summary
The audacity Huckleberry has. He reaches out, and he pats her shoulder.
"Is it the, y'know…. Mommy issues thing?" Trinity sits up, looking at Dennis, offended. It definitely is, but he doesn't need to be spreading her secret like that. "What?" She says.
Dennis shrugs, "I mean. A condescending older woman who praises you sometimes. That sounds like Trinity's wet dream." He grimaces, "Sorry, but you get the point." He continues, "And the fact that it's sort of inappropriate and forbidden. Her being your resident, I think that adds to your hangups."
- Trinity Santos learns more about her mommy issues, in some inappropriate ways and places...
