Summary
While running errands for his master, Yugi is collected to work in the palace among 199 other slaves, as per Pharaoh’s sudden decree.
Yugi gets to play a game of Senet with Pharaoh, the outcome of which will decide his future. However, Pharaoh takes a liking to Yugi and asks him to spend the night with him outside their previous agreement of the stakes of the game.
The consequences of their passionate night would change their lives forever.

Yugi wanted a life of fun and freedom. Of simple pleasures and normalcy. Where he wasn’t always watched and a walk down the street wasn’t a gamble with his life.
He wanted to feel the wind on his face and sand beneath his feet while he walked hand in hand with his love, like in one of those old romcoms. But he was the son of Domino City’s biggest crime lord, and he knew he would never be free.
Atem had a grudge that dominated his life. Nothing could stop him from getting revenge for his parents' deaths. But his single minded focus began to change the night that Yuugi came into his life. He had never met someone so full of contradictions. So fragile Atem feared he would break him, but so strong he put Atem to shame. He lived wild and free while chained and caged and controlled.
Their time together was a blur of lust and emotion that threatened to destroy them both.
