“We already did” Dabi continues to avoid his eyes, rifling through clothes on the wall.
“Yeah, but we need to come up with a plan. What if they recognize you?” If they recognize Hawks, he can play it off as not wanting to be spotted in public. If they realize Dabi, well, he could get arrested and Hawks could be in deep shit.
“Dump shit and run.”

Hawks gets convinced to go on a mall date with Dabi and despite his reluctance, he's determined to have a good time.
First though, the two have to dodge an onslaught of obnoxious heroes that risk exposing them at every turn.
Hawks is regretting this already.

“I-" He pauses, blood choking his lungs as he desperately tries to get his sentence out. He needs to say this, Dabi has to know.
He spits blood upon the ground, vaguely aware that he is crying, tears salting the earth.
“Dabi, I-"
“It’s ok” It’s not, Hawks can feel panic creeping up on him at his inability to get the words out. He feels helpless, clutching at the pole going through his body as the world slows around him, darkness swallowing everything.
“No, I-"
“Pretty Bird, please.” Hawks feels his heart stutter at the familiar nickname, heaving out a sob, his whole body shuddering.
“I love you.”

“Don’t flatter yourself, Birdbrain, you just have the best TV,” Dabi says this, but Hawks can see the barest hint of blush dusting the healthy skin of his cheeks. Instead of commenting on it, he sends a feather to turn the lights off, smiling to himself. Then he invades the other’s space, snuggling up to him. Dabi brings his arm around Hawks, pulling him impossibly closer.

Hawks comes home from a rough Halloween patrol and Dabi is there to watch scary movies and provide lots of cuddles.

A little way in front of him, cast in the glow of the moonlight, is Touya.
He looks ethereal, unearthly, like something not from this world, something Keigo could not possibly comprehend.
Keigo would appreciate the sight if not for the fact that his boyfriend currently has his face to someone else’s throat. The sound of slurping fills the air, blood dripping from Touya’s mouth and covering his arms.
The victim has lost consciousness at this point, either from fear or blood loss, and is lying limp under him. Touya pulls away briefly, bringing his long fingers to his mouth to lick them clean.
Keigo wants to cry.
He has to get out of here.
Touya is not human.

Keigo's boyfriend, Touya, has always been weird. He thinks nothing of it until one night the truth is presented to him in the most terrifying way possible. And Keigo is an idiot for not seeing it before.

Feared ruler, Prince Touya, sets his sights on Hawks, the beloved hero from a different universe. Enamored, he takes him back to his own dimension with the intent to marry him. Little does he know that the heroes and a certain villain lover will stop at nothing to bring Hawks back home.

The villain is waiting for him. Back turned as he hums absentmindedly. Hawks calls a primary to his hand, sharpening it into a blade. He doesn’t advance, though, watching the figure cautiously instead. Hearing him, the man finally turns, and Hawks is struck by how familiar he looks.
He’s never met this man before in his life, but his features, his eyes, there's something about them that Hawks is certain he’s seen before. They feel almost intimately familiar. Just who is he?
“I’m so glad we can finally meet, Hawks.”
“Who are you?”
“You can call me Touya,” Touya says, and for some reason, the name strikes him as awfully familiar, the same as the rest of him.
“Touya…” It’s his first name, a bit too intimate for Hawks’ liking. “What do you want?”
Touya blinks at him innocently, stepping a little closer, and for some reason, Hawks can’t find the will to move away.
“You.”
