   Summary

   When Altaïr left for war, he left a young husband behind. Seven years after, Altaïr is returning home and hoping to find his husband as loyal as he once promised to remain. Altaïr finds Malik changed and his city changing. Things are not as he had left them, ancient prophecies are fulfilled, and gods are conspiring against gods.
