His cozy cottage, the vibrant flowers surrounding it, the endless peace- all of it slowly washed away the memories of who he used to be. Aside from the crushing loneliness, Avery’s life was almost perfect.Until the day he discovered a strange book buried in an unfinished mine, filled with cryptic, almost nonsensical instructions. He brushed it off, closed the book, and tried to forget it.
But fate had other plans.
Or rather… fate collapsed onto his doorstep in the form of a half-dead knight clad in shimmering gold armor, bleeding, silent, and wrapped in mystery.And suddenly Avery had to face the impossible:
