Jamie had done everything right to defuse the situation, but his father only continued to escalate, getting into the player’s face.
Ted stepped into the middle of the room, standing behind them. He cleared his throat loudly.
'Now listen here, Jamie is a part of this team and as long as he’s a part of this team,' Ted stalled for a moment collecting his words, “As long as he’s part of this team, he’s my boy too. And I’m sorry Mr. Tartt but nobody treats my family like that.”
