"Hizashi, don't panic," Shōta said calmly, he knew his friend was prone to dramatics. "But I think you've been hit with an aging quirk."
Hizashi stared at him speechless for a moment before bursting out laughing. "And people say you don't have a sense of humour, Shō,” he said, wiping a tear from his eye.
"You're not bothered that you just aged sixteen years?" Shōta asked, incredulous.
Hizashi just smiled and ruffled Shōta's hair. Shōta squawked indignantly and pushed his hand away.
"It's not me who aged, Shō," Hizashi explained. "You were hit with an age manipulation quirk and turned back into a teenager."
Or, Aizawa gets turned into a teenager with no memories of everything that has happened since and hijinks ensue.

Shōta stares down at the cloth in his arms despairingly. “Is this what I’ve inspired? Terrible graphic design?” Honestly, it’s not actually that bad— Shōta could see his teen self wearing the hoodie if only for the soft material.
