  Summary

  Makoto Naegi does not call meetings.

  Kyoko doesn't understand if it's some kind of aversion to the concept; if he thinks it too restrictive or tedious, or what have you. There are a lot of things she doesn't know about Makoto, despite how open he is.

  Makoto, she understands, is also a forceful person. The kind who never backs down from something once he's set on doing it, who'd sooner die, who'd sooner risk the lives of others, than let his ideals die. It's a quality that she's charmed by, she'll admit.

  So when Makoto does call a meeting, the reasons are narrowed to one.
