Graduation is coming and that’s the last chance Suguru has to confess to Satoru –his best friend who happens to also be his three year long crush, but with a broken heart and the acknowledgment that love isn’t just for him, he’ll confess and then run away.
And Satoru will have to do the impossible to get Suguru back (yes, that also includes embarrassing himself).
Or Suguru is a dramatic teenager who has decided that love is torture and force Satoru into following him to his hometown and embarrass himself just to be together in the end.

Suguru shouldn’t be surprised. He had always known that Satoru's name was destined for great things, so it was only natural that they knew him at the university. The point is that he’s there, right in front of him, in his same class, same building, same university. Suguru thinks back to their old plans and wonders why is Satoru there, why did he choose that one to enroll in, why is he standing behind the desk already. Yet, on the spot, he can't help but ask, “Do you know Satoru?”
Shoko frowns. She forces him to take a step back and then pushes her index finger in the center of his chest, above his ribs, feeling his frantic heartbeat under the sweatshirt he is wearing. “Do you know Gojo?” she asks in return. “And you call him Satoru?”
