Summary

To my lovely readers,
This story was highly anticipated as a sequel to The Anatomy of Your Heart, and I’m so grateful you’ve stayed with me for it.
I also want to say I’m sorry this took longer than it should have. This story took me more time than I expected, and a lot of that came from the fact that I was writing it while carrying things I needed to let go of myself.
As someone who has struggled with depression, I wanted this story to offer comfort to anyone who may need it, to remind you that you are not alone, and that healing is not quick or simple. It takes time, patience, setbacks, and grace. I hope that in some way, this story made you feel seen.

SO PEAK I CRIED A RIVER THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH. AMAZING AMAZING I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS. The journey or reader’s healing was wonderful to see and made me reflect on things in my own life. Scary recognizing the language of depression in this, really made me feel like I was looking at a mirror. Just peak and nothing but peak I will definitely be revisiting 🙏
