I've bever really sought out multifandom vids, but apparently I should because they're amazing.
This one is particularly charming, oriented around sci-fi ladies being awesome, with a nice old-school feel to it.
This also sent me into a Jeri Ryan related tailspin, so that's nice. -

This is the kind of poignant story that, if it were a MASH ep, I would watch once, cry a lot and smile a lot, and then skip it every other time it came on. It feels like original fiction to me, like the best kind of short fiction. It ended, and I wanted to know "what next," but I also wanted to keep it just as perfect as it is.

Alex is Megan's sentinel. Yup, I didn't know I'd love that either, but it's perfect. If they were going to reboot TS, it would need to be this. It's gritty and gay and it would be more like Trapper John, in that they wouldn't have to figure out how to rehash the old material as much. More of a spinoff than a reboot, I suppose.
