Summary
The classes of Teyvat Academy and U.A. only wanted to try their hand at rescue Hero work, yet a sudden attack at the USJ derails that plan. Disaster has struck and now Class 1A have to fend for their lives while also protecting the Quirkless kids hailing from the abusive Teyvat Academy. It's their duty after all.
So then why are those same Quirkless kids just...solving the problem?

Summary
Il Dottore appears in a world where “heroes” are a social pillar and quirks are something people are born with.
He, in particular, never believed in heroes or villains, only in poorly designed systems and in how easily human ambition drives them to collapse.
Forced to exist in a world that idolizes heroism, he doesn’t try to adapt or seek redemption. He studies its rules, finds its flaws, and begins to intervene as someone who doesn’t see people, but pieces. His actions don’t go unnoticed, and when the right villains set their sights on him, the balance starts to shift.
The line between villains and saviors becomes irrelevant, and the real problem stops being who is fighting… and becomes who is controlling the board.

It's come to the very end of highschool, and despite how badly you wanted it to be over, maybe you're not ready for it to end just yet. Everyone is going in their separate directions, it’s a new chapter, a new beginning; if anything, it's a blessing after what a disaster the past decade had been. But what use is that if you still have unfinished business, a person-your home that you need to leave behind?
But what did you expect? He’s going to a good university, for Computer Science. Maybe that’s selfish–especially when you didn't get in at all–but maybe that’s just you being bitter.
If anything, being a supportive friend would suffice right? Then all this could be drowned out simultaneously with the garbage, but no, he’s here, like always.
“What’s wrong?”
He knows the answer, yet he won’t stop asking.
