She blackmailed her way into being Naruto's new guardian by threatening to undo the fragile political safety of the village, all while describing black-op horrors like a fucking virtuoso of carnage. To protect Naruto and the village he’s sworn to, he must unravel her past and confront the fucked up system that created her, all while deciding if the broken woman she is now deserves salvation, or a swift termination.
