Mingi’s hands tremble and he fidgets with the buttons on his shirt and chews on his bottom lip. “So, is there something you specifically want to work on or, um, do you have questions?"
“Am I free to go?” Yunho’s words slice through the tension between them and pierce his chest.
Mingi raises his eyebrows. “O-Oh. Yeah, if you don’t have any biochemistry questions.” It is the beginning of the semester, Mingi rationalizes. Yunho probably didn’t have any course work yet.
Yunho quickly stands and turns to leave the library in several long strides. Mingi stares after him even as the door closes behind him. The rest of their classmates are still seated with their tutors. Mingi frowns, feeling like he and Yunho are already off to a bad start.

Mingi comes from a wealthy and powerful family, whereas Yunho must compete in an illegal, underground fighting club in order to pay for his university courses. It may seem like they come from different worlds, but when Mingi offers to mend Yunho's wounds, they realize that they may have more in common than they initially thought.
