Summary
A cross post of an old story I wrote on ff.net now that it's continued existence is on shaky ground. I'm not proud of the story, and I plan to rewrite it at some point, but until then I thought I should post the original here.
Warning: It's rough.I'll be posting a chapter or two a day until I hit all of them, and then post the one chapter of my other story from the same time period.

Weirdmageddon never happened (but it was a close thing). The Rift is sealed and hidden away. Bill Cipher is defeated. But that leaves a few relationships strained. This is looking at those relationships, and dealing with them, so that they don't become an issue in the future. (Part of a larger AU that I created by accident)

Ruby had been trying to guess where Weiss was taking her for the past half hour. It would have been easier if she could actually see where they were going, but her girlfriend had asked her to wear a blindfold because she didn’t want to ‘spoil the surprise’.
“The movies. We’re going to watch Dog Rain 2, and this time she gets to keep the puppies!”
