Summary
Being free from the RDA and the TAP program has opened up a new world for the Sarentu. With more exposure to Na'vi culture, Tamtey is slowly but surely starting to find who he is outside of human influence. Love has also become a real option as he realizes that the gratitude he holds for a certain resistance warrior goes a bit further than simple admiration. But how will he navigate the emotions he holds when he has no clue how Na'vi court? And does So'lek even think about romance? It doesn't help that his fellow Sarentu prefer to tease him over helping.

Summary
During the course of Chains of Eternity, I found the dynamic of Cyran vs. Merlin too good to ignore. Speculations have followed.
Consider this some expanded dialog between the two of them, some fleshed out additions giving the pair more of a chance to banter, among other things. I tried, very hard, not to veer too off course from the tangible lore we were given. Some scenes have been tweaked, others have been added, but my goal was to create something that still fit the course of the chapter. That being said, I don't think the lore will ever confirm Merlin/Cyran, but that doesn't mean I will not indulge myself, and hopefully indulge you in the process.

At first, Gi-hun destroys them furiously, but the flowers keep appearing in his dark life. On his doorstep. In abandoned buildings. Even atop his own bed.
Gi-hun throws them away. Then he keeps one. Then he starts waiting for the next. And somewhere along the way, he realizes the thorns cut the giver’s hands like knives. They split open his armor, let something alive bleed through. And oh, Gi-hun has never been able to hurt anything alive.
